Minor Scratches or Cosmetic Marks

Minor scratches on the bike frame do not constitute a product quality issue and are not accepted as grounds for a quality-related return. If the buyer is concerned about this, please place your order with caution. Generally, there will be no scratches.

However, if such a situation occurs, appropriate compensation may be offered to the buyer depending on the actual condition and damage assessment. The maximum compensation amount is €25.

2. Return of an Unused Bike

If a customer returns an unused bike and the return is treated as a change-of-mind or no-reason return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the customer arranges the return shipment by themselves, the estimated return shipping cost is approximately €90.

After the returned product arrives at our warehouse, the refund amount will be assessed based on the returned condition of the product. If the product has been used, damaged, missing accessories, missing packaging, or otherwise affected in a way that reduces its resale value, a full refund may not be available.

3. Quality Issue Within the Initial Inspection Period

If a quality issue is reported within the initial inspection period after delivery and the issue makes the bike inoperable, an unconditional return may be accepted after the issue is confirmed.

Customers must provide clear proof, such as photos or videos, showing the issue. The final return solution will be arranged after verification.

4. Returns Without Quality Issues

Returns without a quality issue may be accepted only when the returned product is unused, complete, and does not affect resale. A return request should be supported by photos of the complete bicycle, original packaging, accessories, and product condition.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The estimated return shipping fee is €200.

If the returned product has been used, damaged, missing accessories, missing packaging, or its resale value has otherwise been affected, the refund amount may be reduced according to the actual condition of the product.

5. Quality Issue Within 30 Days of Receipt

If, within 30 days of receiving the product, a confirmed quality issue makes the product functionally unusable and the issue cannot be resolved by replacing parts, an unconditional return may be accepted after verification.

After the goods are returned to the warehouse, a technician will inspect the bicycle. If the actual condition of the product does not match the customer’s reported issue, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost of €200 and a depreciation fee of €70.

6. Order Cancellation

If an order has already been placed and the customer requests cancellation before shipment, the final cancellation result depends on the system and warehouse processing status. If cancellation is successful before shipment, the order will be cancelled.

Once a shipping tracking number has been issued, the order normally cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is unsuccessful and the customer refuses delivery, or if delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s refusal, the customer may be charged round-trip shipping fees of €200.

7.
