Warranty Policy

This page explains Ecolymp’s general warranty handling, claim requirements, warranty exclusions, replacement parts support and brand-specific warranty differences.

Important: Warranty coverage may vary by brand, model, part type, issue cause and applicable law. Please contact Ecolymp Support before attempting repairs or returning any product.

1. Overview

Ecolymp sells and supports products from multiple e-bike, e-scooter and accessory brands. Warranty coverage is based on the applicable brand policy, product model, part type, diagnosis result and the cause of the issue.

A warranty claim normally applies to manufacturing defects or non-human-caused quality issues that occur under normal use within the applicable warranty period.

Some parts, such as batteries, motors, controllers, frames, displays, chargers, brakes, tires and other accessories, may have different warranty periods depending on the brand.

Brand-Specific Terms

Different brands may provide different warranty periods for batteries, motors, frames, controllers and wear parts.

Evidence Required

Photos, videos, order details, labels, serial numbers or component codes may be required before approval.

RMA First

Do not return products or parts without our confirmation. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

2. Statutory Consumer Rights

This warranty policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU or national consumer law.

Commercial warranty terms from Ecolymp or product brands are additional service terms and do not replace or reduce mandatory legal rights that may apply to your purchase.

If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

3. What Warranty Normally Covers

Warranty coverage normally applies to confirmed manufacturing defects or non-human-caused quality issues that occur during the applicable warranty period and under normal product use.

  • Confirmed manufacturing defects in covered parts.
  • Non-human-caused electrical or mechanical failures within the applicable warranty period.
  • Battery, motor, controller, charger, display, frame or other covered component issues, depending on brand policy.
  • Shipping damage or incorrect/missing parts reported within the required reporting period and verified with evidence.
  • Replacement parts or repair support approved by Ecolymp or the relevant brand support process.

Warranty solutions may include troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, repair support, compensation, replacement, return or refund, depending on the diagnosis result and applicable policy.

5. Warranty Claim Requirements

To help us process your warranty claim quickly, please provide clear and complete information when contacting Ecolymp Support.

  • Order number
  • Product brand, model, color and quantity
  • Purchase date or delivery date
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of packaging if the issue is related to shipping damage
  • Tracking number if relevant
  • Serial number, battery code, motor code, charger code, controller label, display label or frame number if requested

For battery, motor, controller, charger, display or frame issues, additional labels, codes, serial numbers or diagnostic videos may be required before any replacement part is approved.

6. Replacement Parts and Repair Support

If a warranty issue is confirmed, Ecolymp may provide replacement parts, repair guidance or repair coordination depending on the product, part type and brand policy.

In many cases, replacement parts are provided after the issue is verified through photos, videos or diagnostic information. Shipping method and processing time may vary depending on the part size, warehouse location and brand policy.

If a customer accepts replacement parts or compensation as the solution, this may affect further return eligibility for the same issue, depending on the case, brand policy and applicable law.

After the warranty period expires, Ecolymp may still assist with paid parts, repair advice or after-sales service where available.

7. Warranty Exclusions
